The Roaring Twenties :)

She's a former model with thick, flame red hair. You may think she is an ordinary woman.
But she's not, of course.

She has the ability to tell a story through fashion and art. She has the ability to make you see a fairytale in a piece of clothing. She is, as Anna Wintour herself put it, a genius.

Grace Coddington became my absolute favourite fashion visionary after I watched The September Issue, a docu-film on the making of the US Vogue September 2007 issue, their largest issue in history.
She is the Creative Director of American Vogue, the person who manages to conjure up a random mish-mash of overpriced designer clothes, *also atrtistic masterpieces* soemhow style them in a certain way and create a vision. A vision that is inspiring and pure artistic perfection.

Her favourite shoot of mine, The Roaring Twenties, takes inspiration from the 1920s. I know it's been five years since that shoot was published but hey! For me, it's timeless.

Grace's pictures are soft and romantic and they look like they belong in a fantasy world. But that IS how I love them :)
